Definitions

“User/you” refers to you as an individual, either as a private person or as a representative of a business, who uses Drifter World’s services.

“EULA” (End User License Agreement) is this User Agreement that governs the

relationship between you and Drifter World when using our services.

Your Obligations as a User:

the services in a way that could harm Drifter World or other users.
2. Account Information: Keep your account information updated and accurate. You
are responsible for all activities that occur under your account and should protect
your login details.
3. Respect for Others’ Rights: Access to our services does not grant you, as a User,
ownership of our intellectual property rights or the equivalent. Respect copyright and
other rights. Do not share material that you do not have the right to share and do not
use the services in a deceitful manner that could cause your identity to be mistaken
for another.

4. Compliance with Laws: Follow all applicable laws and regulations when using the
services.

factors outside of our control, including but not limited to, power outages, internet
disruptions, or hardware failures.
2. User-Generated Content:
Drifter World assumes no responsibility for content created or published by users,
such as landowners, on our platforms. Users are solely responsible for the content
they share.
3. Indirect Damage:
Drifter World is not liable for indirect damages, including lost profits or losses that
arise as a result of using our services.

User Indemnity:

As a user of Drifter World’s services, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Drifter
World, its employees, and subcontractors from all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and
expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) that may arise from:

1. Your misuse of the services.
2. Your breach of this EULA or applicable laws.
3. Any other actions connected to your account and use of our services.

By understanding and respecting these limitations and obligations, we ensure fair and
responsible use of Drifter World’s services for all parties.

Changes to the User Agreement

Flexibility and Updates:

At Drifter World, we recognize that the digital world is constantly changing, and we strive to
continually improve and adapt our services. Therefore, we reserve the right to make
changes to this EULA as necessary. This may include, but is not limited to:

1. Changes due to new legal requirements or regulatory changes.

3. Changes reflecting our evolution and growth as a company.

Communication of Changes:

1. Notification: When we make changes to the EULA, we will notify you in advance.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Jurisdiction and Applicable Law:
This User Agreement and your use of Drifter World’s services are governed by and
construed in accordance with Swedish legislation, without regard to principles of conflict of
laws. We strive to offer services that align with the highest standards and in compliance with
applicable laws and regulations.

Resolution of Disputes:

1. First Option – Dialogue and Mediation:
We believe in the value of communication and prefer to resolve any issues or
disputes through open dialogue. If you feel dissatisfied with any aspect of our
services, please contact our customer service so we can attempt to resolve the
matter in a fair and efficient manner.
2. Alternative Dispute Resolution:
If we are unable to resolve the issue through dialogue, as a consumer, you have the
option to turn to the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) or a similar body
for an impartial assessment of the dispute.
3. Court Proceedings:
In the unlikely event that a dispute cannot be resolved through the above channels,
disputes arising from or in connection with this agreement shall be settled in Swedish
courts, with the Stockholm District Court as the court of first instance.

We are committed to maintaining a high level of service and a fair resolution of any issues.
Our goal is to ensure that your experience with Drifter World is positive, even in times of
disagreement.

Final Provisions

Your Relationship with Drifter World and Use of Our Services: Your relationship with Drifter
World and the use of our services can be terminated at any time under the following
conditions:
By the User:
● You may choose to terminate your account or stop using our services at any time.
We would appreciate your feedback on the reasons, so we can continue to improve
our service.
By Drifter World:
● Drifter World may terminate your account or your access to the services if:
○ You violate the terms of this EULA.
○ We suspect misuse or inappropriate behavior.
○ It is required for legal reasons.

Consequences of Termination:
Upon termination of your account or use of our services:
1. Rights and Obligations:
○ All rights granted to you under this EULA cease immediately.
○ You must immediately cease all use of the services and, if requested, delete
all copied or stored information related to the services.
2. Continuing Provisions:
○ Certain provisions of this EULA, including limitations of liability and intellectual
property rights, will remain in effect even after the agreement has ended.
