1. Introduction

User-Generated Content
Drifter World accepts no responsibility for Content created or published by Users, such as landowners, on our platforms. Users are solely responsible for the Content they share.
Indirect Loss
Drifter World is not liable for indirect losses, including loss of profit or losses arising as a result of the use of our Services.
User Indemnification
As a User of Drifter World’s Services, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Drifter World, its employees and subcontractors from and against all claims, damages, losses, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) that may arise from:
- Your misuse of the Services.
- Your breach of this EULA or applicable laws.
- Any other actions connected with your Account and your use of our Services.

First Option – Dialogue and Mediation
We believe in the value of communication and prefer to resolve any issues or disputes through open dialogue. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our Services, please contact our customer service team so that we can attempt to resolve the matter fairly and efficiently.
Alternative Dispute Resolution
If we are unable to resolve the matter through dialogue, you as a consumer may refer the dispute to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, ARN) or another similar body for an impartial assessment of the dispute.
Court Proceedings
In the unlikely event that a dispute cannot be resolved through the channels described above, disputes arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall be determined by a Swedish court, with Stockholm District Court as the court of first instance.

9. Consequences of Termination
Upon termination of your Account or your use of our Services:
Rights and Obligations
All rights granted to you under this EULA will terminate immediately.
You must immediately cease all use of the Services and, if requested, delete any copied or stored information relating to the Services.
Surviving Provisions
Certain provisions of this EULA, including limitations of liability and intellectual property rights, will remain in force after termination of the agreement.
